Wish List Products is soon to release a new plugin that will allow you to drip content to a single membership level. So you won’t have to create multiple levels!

You will not be able to install WLM on multiple blogs on the same domain. If you are wishing to that, I'd recommend the Multi-Site license. It's what I personally use, and I love it.
